Can’t believe someone hasnt solved this issue as I have read other posts. But if I uninstall windows 1709 to windows 1703 I’ll have same problem. Then today this automatic 1709 got downloaded to my pc and I have same incompatibility This same issue happened on 8/1/17 Microsoft had me uninstall the 1703 update to 1607 because 1703 and itunes were also not compatiblethen. 03 Wait for the repair process to complete.
